David is a director of Hughes Legal.
David has built a reputation as an outstanding property and property development lawyer, advising on all types of property developments in the residential, industrial and commercial sectors. He is commercial in his approach and brings energy, focus and is heavily engaged with all of his clients.
He acts for private clients across a range of property development work, including acquisitions, disposals, development structuring, development agreements, agreements for lease and lease.
David is also an experienced commercial litigation lawyer. David has developed a strong commercial focus and regularly uses alternative dispute resolution techniques to achieve positive outcomes for his clients. His areas of expertise include contractual disputes, property related and contested estates litigation.
